If you’ve been craving a savory breakfast that actually keeps you satisfied, this Sweet Potato Breakfast Hash will become your new favorite. It’s hearty and full of flavor but still clean and energizing.
Sweet potatoes provide complex carbs and fiber to keep your energy steady, while turkey sausage or eggs bring the protein. Add a handful of colorful veggies for antioxidants and texture.

Ingredients:
- 1 medium sweet potato, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive or avocado oil
- ½ cup diced bell peppers
- ½ cup baby spinach or kale
- 2 eggs (or plant-based alternative)
- ½ cup nitrate-free turkey sausage, diced
- Sea salt, pepper, and smoked paprika to taste
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sweet potatoes and cook until tender and golden, about 10–12 minutes.
- Add sausage and peppers, cooking until caramelized.
- Stir in greens just until wilted.
- Top with fried or poached eggs and serve warm.
Optional: Add sliced avocado for extra fat and flavor.
