Please read these Terms & Conditions of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using this website or purchasing any of our offerings. These Terms apply to Tiffany Giganti, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), and set forth your (“You” or “Your”) rights and responsibilities when you use www.tiffanygiganti.com (the “Site”), purchase or access any of our products, courses, programs, coaching, memberships, or other services (collectively, the “Offerings”).
By using the Site or purchasing any Offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific Offerings. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Offerings.
1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on this Site and in our Offerings — including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, logos, designs, handouts, worksheets, PDFs, audio recordings, and other materials — is owned by Tiffany Giganti, LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Even though our Offerings are not something you can physically hold in your hand, theft, infringement, or violation of these Terms is still theft.
When you purchase or access an Offering, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, download, and/or use the materials for your personal use only. You may not share your login, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any materials without our prior written permission.
2. YOUR COMMUNICATIONS

Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

Functional nutrition is not a substitute for medical care or medical advice. It is intended to complement medical care by addressing underlying factors that impact overall health, educating you to take better care between doctor visits, and reshaping the terrain that contributes to chronic signs, symptoms, and diagnoses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly exclude any liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage incurred by you in connection with our Offerings. We are not acting in any professional capacity, including medical, legal, or financial, during the course of our Offerings. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We will not be held responsible for any damages arising from your use of our Site or Offerings. In no event will our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the Offering at issue or $100, whichever is less.
9. AFFILIATE LINKS
We may use affiliate links to recommend certain products or services. We may earn a commission at no additional cost to you if you purchase through those links. We are not liable for any issues arising from purchases made through affiliate links.
10. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Site or Offerings at any time if you violate these Terms, without refund. We may also block your IP address from further visits.
11. REFUNDS
We take your investment seriously, and we expect you to take our investment of time and resources seriously too.
Courses & Ongoing Services: We offer a 5-day refund period from the start date of the course or service. You must request a refund by email to support@tiffanygiganti.com no later than 11:59 PM CST on the 5th day after the start date.
Instant Downloads: Due to the digital nature of these products, no refunds are available.
If you are on a payment plan and do not request a refund within 5 days, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments.
12. CHARGEBACKS
You agree to contact us for a refund before initiating a chargeback. If you attempt a chargeback, you forfeit all access to our Offerings, including bonuses and materials. We reserve the right to provide evidence of your purchase and these Terms to your financial institution.
13. RECURRING PAYMENTS
If you enroll in a payment plan, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method until your plan is complete.
14. REVOCATION OF ACCESS
You may request to terminate your participation in any Offering by emailing support@tiffanygiganti.com. Termination does not relieve you of any remaining payments.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises, you agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation before filing a legal claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
16. NON-DISPARAGEMENT
You agree not to make public statements that harm our business reputation. We may take legal action if you engage in slander, libel, or other disparaging conduct.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
