Earthy and zesty with just the right kick, this Cumin Vinaigrette brings warm, grounding flavor to grain bowls, greens, and roasted vegetables. It’s a quick and easy dressing made with pantry staples—perfect for supporting balanced blood sugar and digestion without sacrificing taste. 

***All of my recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, blood sugar-friendly, and gut-supportive. We are all different so you may need to make adjustments based on your body’s unique needs.***

Ingredients:

  • 6 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 6 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Combine lime juice, orange juice, mustard, cumin, salt, pepper, and oil in a small bowl; whisk to blend.
  2. Store in the refrigerator, tightly covered, until ready for use.
