This vibrant Fresh Basil Vinaigrette is the perfect way to elevate your salads, grain bowls, or roasted veggies with a burst of herbaceous flavor. Made with simple, whole ingredients like fresh basil, apple cider vinegar, and extra-virgin olive oil, it’s not only refreshing but also supportive of your gut and blood sugar balance.

Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp. raw honey (or pure maple syrup)
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- ⅓ cup packed fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
- Place honey, vinegar, oil, and basil in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
- Store in the refrigerator, tightly covered, until ready for use.
