If you love bold, tangy flavor with a touch of natural sweetness, this Asian Ginger Vinaigrette will be your new go-to. It’s clean, flavorful, and supports gut health with fresh garlic, ginger, and real-food ingredients.

***All of my recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, blood sugar-friendly, and gut-supportive. We are all different so you may need to make adjustments based on your body’s unique needs.***

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 tsp raw honey (or pure maple syrup)
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 5 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup coconut aminos
  • 5 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, ginger, honey, sesame oil, vinegar, and soy sauce until well combined.
  2. Slowly add the olive oil while whisking to emulsify.
  3. Store in the refrigerator in a covered container. Bring to room temperature and stir before serving if needed.

Recipe Notes:

  1. Makes 16 servings, about 1 tablespoon each.
  2. This also makes a great marinade for grilled chicken or tofu.
