If you love bold, tangy flavor with a touch of natural sweetness, this Asian Ginger Vinaigrette will be your new go-to. It’s clean, flavorful, and supports gut health with fresh garlic, ginger, and real-food ingredients.
***All of my recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, blood sugar-friendly, and gut-supportive. We are all different so you may need to make adjustments based on your body’s unique needs.***
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 tsp raw honey (or pure maple syrup)
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 5 Tbsp rice vinegar
- ¼ cup coconut aminos
- 5 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, ginger, honey, sesame oil, vinegar, and soy sauce until well combined.
- Slowly add the olive oil while whisking to emulsify.
- Store in the refrigerator in a covered container. Bring to room temperature and stir before serving if needed.
Recipe Notes:
- Makes 16 servings, about 1 tablespoon each.
- This also makes a great marinade for grilled chicken or tofu.
