Ditch the store-bought packets and skip the gut-disrupting preservatives! This clean taco seasoning is gut-friendly, anti-inflammatory, and perfect for hormone-supportive, blood sugar-balanced meals — made in minutes with pantry spices.
***All of my recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, blood sugar-friendly, and gut-supportive. We are all different so you may need to make adjustments based on your body’s unique needs.***
Ingredients:
- 1 T chili powder
- ¼ t garlic powder
- ¼ t onion powder
- ¼ t crushed red pepper flakes
- ¼ t dried oregano
- ½ t paprika
- 1 ½ t ground cumin
- 1 t sea salt
- 1 t black pepper
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together. Ready to use.
Recipe Notes:
- Makes enough seasoning for 1 lb of protein. If using on protein, cook protein and strain any grease, if needed. Sprinkle taco seasoning over protein, add ¾ C water, mix together, and heat over medium/low heat until water is cooked off.
- Recipe can be multiplied and stored in an airtight container for later use.
