This Green Smoothie Bowl is proof that eating your greens can be delicious. It’s cool, creamy, and just sweet enough — the perfect way to pack in nutrients first thing in the morning.

Banana and spinach create the creamy base, while avocado and chia seeds add healthy fats to keep blood sugar stable. Protein powder or collagen makes it more filling, so you won’t be hungry an hour later.

***All of my recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, blood sugar-friendly, and gut-supportive. We are all different so you may need to make adjustments based on your body’s unique needs.***

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup spinach or kale
  • ¼ avocado
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or other dairy-free milk)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseed
  • 1 scoop collagen or protein powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until thick and creamy.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with fruit, coconut, and seeds.
