Smoky, sweet, and just a little spicy, this Sweet Chipotle Vinaigrette adds bold flavor to everything from taco salads to roasted veggies. Made with clean, gut-supportive ingredients like balsamic vinegar, garlic, and chipotle chili powder, it’s a simple way to turn an everyday meal into something memorable.

Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. raw honey (or pure maple syrup)
- 6 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chipotle chili powder
- 2 tsp. ground paprika
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- ½ tsp. ground white pepper
Instructions:
- Place honey, vinegar, oil, mustard, garlic, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
- Store in the refrigerator, tightly covered, until ready for use.
