This vibrant Fresh Basil Vinaigrette is the perfect way to elevate your salads, grain bowls, or roasted veggies with a burst of herbaceous flavor. Made with simple, whole ingredients like fresh basil, apple cider vinegar, and extra-virgin olive oil, it’s not only refreshing but also supportive of your gut and blood sugar balance.

***All of my recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, blood sugar-friendly, and gut-supportive. We are all different so you may need to make adjustments based on your body’s unique needs.***

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp. raw honey (or pure maple syrup)
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • ⅓ cup packed fresh basil leaves

Instructions:

  1. Place honey, vinegar, oil, and basil in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
  2. Store in the refrigerator, tightly covered, until ready for use.
