This clean Cajun seasoning blend is bold, smoky, and just the right amount of spicy. Made with real pantry spices and no additives, it’s a quick way to take any dish—from roasted veggies to grilled chicken—to the next level.
***All of my recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, blood sugar-friendly, and gut-supportive. We are all different so you may need to make adjustments based on your body’s unique needs.***
Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp paprika (smoked preferred)
- 2 Tbsp fine kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp ground white pepper
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp cayenne
- ½ Tbsp dried thyme
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or spice jar until evenly combined.
- Use immediately, or store in a sealed container for up to 1 year.
Recipe Notes:
- For less heat, reduce the cayenne to ½ teaspoon.
- Use as a rub for meats, seasoning for roasted veggies, or to spice up soups and stews
