This Citrus Mint Spritz is a bubbly, alcohol-free mocktail that’s naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free. Made with sparkling water, fresh citrus, and herbs, it’s a clean, hydrating alternative to traditional spritzes—perfect for summer evenings or holiday gatherings.
***All of my recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, blood sugar-friendly, and gut-supportive. We are all different so you may need to make adjustments based on your body’s unique needs.***
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sparkling water (unsweetened, plain or flavored)
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (or grapefruit for a twist)
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
- Optional garnish: citrus slices, rosemary sprig, or pomegranate arils
Instructions:
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Add freshly squeezed orange juice and lime juice.
- Clap mint leaves between your hands to release aroma, then add to the glass.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with citrus slices, mint, or rosemary for a festive touch.
Recipe Notes:
- For extra gut support, swap plain sparkling water for a probiotic sparkling water (like Health-Ade or Culture Pop).
- To add natural sweetness, muddle a few fresh berries before adding sparkling water.
- Perfect as a festive alcohol-free drink at gatherings.
