This Blueberry Spinach Protein Smoothie is a quick and nourishing way to fuel your day. With banana, spinach, blueberries, and protein powder, it blends into a creamy, antioxidant-rich drink that supports energy, gut health, and satiety. Also, so easy to pack (and hide 😉) so much goodness into this delicious snack.
***All of my recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, blood sugar-friendly, and gut-supportive. We are all different so you may need to make adjustments based on your body’s unique needs.***
Ingredients:
- 1/2 banana
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 scoop high-quality protein powder
- Water (to blend)
- Crushed ice (to thicken, to taste)
Instructions:
- Add banana, spinach, blueberries, protein powder, and water to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add crushed ice and blend again until you reach your desired thickness.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
