This simple all-purpose seasoning blend adds instant flavor to just about anything—from meats to roasted veggies to soups. It’s clean, zesty, and pantry-friendly.
***All of my recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, blood sugar-friendly, and gut-supportive. We are all different so you may need to make adjustments based on your body’s unique needs.***
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon finely minced lemon zest
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Use as a rub for meats, poultry, or fish, or add to vegetables, soups, or grain bowls for a flavor boost.
- Store in an airtight container and use within 6 months for best flavor.
Recipe Notes:
- Feel free to adjust salt and heat to your liking.
- You can use lemon zest from a fresh lemon or dried lemon zest for convenience.
